It's Dragon 2012!!

 Hi readers, I'm back..
Another post being delayed by so many days and
another post being updated only after so so many weeks!! =.=

I knew some of you may be extremely dissapointed by me..
But still, for all of you who were still closely monitoring my blog all this time..
I thank you for your patience and here's another one for you..

Well, today is the 6th day of the Chinese New Year already..
Sad to said so, I just cant make up time to wish you all a Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Holidays!!
My first five days were all "action-packed", which I will shown by pics below..
So, enough of the craps, and here's a recap on how I spent my festive season!!

22/1/12) A simple reunion dinner with my family~

That was one of the day that meant a lot to me~
Not due to the reason that I can have some tasty or expensive cuisines~
But was due to the fact that we can still UNITE  together perfectly as a family!!
(Particularly after both of us were away from home now,
and our time with our mom and dad were damn limited in a year,
so this day was one of those days that I treasured the most!!)

...

...

...

Firecrackers or fireworks were just one of those elements that cannot be neglected during Chinese New Year..And that's the same case this year..
The entire neighbourhood were just busy lighting up the firecrackers or fireworks they bought..
Thus creating a joyful yet noisy scene~ =/="

But this year I did found out some unexpected "guest" on the sky~
Well, here was the "guest" I mentioned earlier !!

*The so called " Lamp of Kong Ming” can be spotted easily around my neighbourhood!~*

Hmm, if you ever wondered about what is that lamp about,
here's the answer,
"The Lamp of Kong Ming" were originated from the Hokkien people,
which believed that by writing down the family wishes on the paper made tanglung,
then those wishes will be granted..

(A bit awkward to see so many "Lamp of Kong Ming that time, but nonetheless,
the presence of them did add some spice towards the Chinese New Year atmosphere around!! =))

23/1/12) First Day of CNY, off to KL@ Kajang Heights !

*Allright, so our plan this year would be heading to KL to meet my other relatives..
So of course I need to wear a red shirt to bring more good fortune for myselves!! =)) *

We arrived there at afternoon..
So, just suiting ourselves to the environment there only before getting some proper rest~

*Pic snapped by me around there..The Hanging Garden of Babylon in mind anyone? =p*

24/1/12) Second Day of CNY, family photos and hightea at Cyberview Lodge!
Second day, a busy day for every one of us~
Why? We were planning for a hightea session during the afternoon..
But first...

It was family photo session first of course!!
Hmm, a lot of relatives did turned up this year.. (Even still incomplete)
But nonetheless, we took the opportunity to take a family photo!! =D

(i) The 4 of us with...a formal pose!

and here come the second one with each of us with our own pose!! =p

Allright, back to the topic just now~
Here's our family photo!

 *Meet the Lee family!!*

Hmm, if not mistaken, the correct amount should be 59 of us instead of just 35 as shown in the photos!!
(Wondering when can us snap a complete one though) =/

*The 4 of us with the 3 OLDIES of the family!*~

Allright, we did had a lot of fun during that photo session~
But the day didnt stop there..
As after the session, we prevail to the next one..

*Hightea at this place..My first time here---> Excited! =)*

But there's more inside other than the hightea session!!

*Wondering where the hell was this paradise?*

Well, stop wondering now, as all those photos were actually being captured at Cyberview Lodge there!!
WOW!!
Malaysia had never short of "paradise", but at the middle of some high tec city aka manmade one?
Hmm, that's the first one I knew!! @@"

Being stunned by the surroundings outside,

we made our way to the hightea place, but only to found this~

More AMAZEMENTS!!

Hmm, but one bad thing was that, the food there was just normal..

So I didnt captured much photos about the food~ @@"

But still, there was still a reason for us to cheer about inside there..

As...

My 5th aunt and her beloved husband were 60 this year!!

So we planned an earlier birthday celebration for both of them..

*Them with the poster being drawn by my cousins which I think was just gorgeous!!*

We stayed there for almost 4 hours..
We ate, camwhore and just relaxed ourselves to the fullest there!!

*My dad doing some sunbath~* =p

*And the cleverest of all, my 7th uncle hiding under the massage chair!! Smart guy! ROFL*

*Allright, ended our CNY visit in KL there with two more family photos! Chiaos, Cyberjaya and Kajang!!* =))

So, after the short KL trip, we were back to our home on the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, 25/1/12..

And basically, it was just homing after that..(Apart from a visit to my mother's old house in 26/1/12)..

We just did some gambling, having steamboat and tossing yee sang and others..

So, that's it!!
My one week holiday will be ended soon~
But still, CNY maybe drawing an end, but still, a new year had just started!!!

*Wishing everyone a prosperous year ahead!! May this year even better than last year!!*

Till then readers,
do remember to click those ad's beside before leaving ya~
Highly appreciate it, bye! =D

First Week of 2012..

Well, 2012 had passed by for one week now..
Hmm, as usual, there were so many things to do during the beginning of the year..
(Particularly for the students like us I guess?)
From new books, class fees, new timetable, new lecturer, new homework, etc...@>@"

But nonetheless, last week was trully an awesome one!!
Haha, here's why!

First, my 2012 began with a bang with this...
It was just merely a result sheet, but it had enough reason to keep me smiling all day long!!

Well, for the first time during my studying reign at this college,
I managed to score a pointer which was enough to qualify as a "FIRST CLASS DEGREE HOLDER"..
(Well, at least for this semester)
Seriously, I didnt saw it coming at all..

But anyway, due to the loose policy being released by the new director,
Many of us got the same pointer, that was 3.80 or higher..(My class had 4 ppl with the pointer of 4.00!!)
But still, it was a major achievement for me!! Gotta did better and tried to improve on my grade this year though~

*The left column indicates the pointer for this semester while the right column indicates the overall pointer for this two semesters~*

Second, another trip to Skudai with her~ <3

*Ignoring those traffic hustles, Skudai was really a lovely place to live in!!~* =)

And then, I got myself some new clothes for the upcoming Chinese New Year too...

*Some nice shirts being spotted at a considerable price there! *

*New year, new style, a "samfu" for dad, hopefully he will like it~*

And not forgetting about the take away business with my friends~
Alright, starting from this year, the four of us will be running a small business, that was..
"TO COOK FOR PEOPLE"!!

Here's the brochure being made by me~

*Well, we run from Sunday to Thursday,
   7PM Delivery to your room,
   and RM25 for 5 days = RM5 per dishes~
New menu's will be released from time to time too..*

Hmm, attractive enough for you to buy it?
Dont know laa, only time will tell..
But just sincerely hope that our new business will get us rewarded and I will still be able to catch up with the syllabus along the way..

Alright, gotta off to sleep now..
Do you had a smooth start to the year of 2012 dear readers?
No matter it was a good one or a bad one, just wanna said,

Good Luck and Just Be Optimistic As Always To Face Every Day Ahead!! =))

Till then, chiaos~

The Memoirs of 2011..

Okay, I'm late as usual..
I know, but seriously I just wasnt felt like hitting the keyboard recently..
Maybe I'm being pampered too much by the holidays?
Perhaps so, but I need to stay focus and be more hardworking now as the school days are looming!!

But before that, here's a glimpse of how it had been for me in 2011..
Well, due to the reason of time rushing (GOING BACK TOMORROW!), I just decided to tell it all by photos..
But nonetheless, 2011 was really a year full of suprise, up and downs!!

(i) Of course, the main highlight would be the one week trip to China!! =))

*I Believe I Can Fly, I Believe I Can Touch The Sky!!~*

Allright, went to China with family in June..
It was a trip that I had anticipated so much!!
Finally, I can say to people that I board a plane before!! =))
Really enjoyed and missed those moments besides looking forward to the next one..

(ii) With love, travelling with her!!
*Well, it was my pleasure to travel with you my dear!* =)

Hmm, without my notice, we had been quite some time together now..
Time flew, and so do our relationship..
We had became more mature and were currently in a healthy and stable relationship..
Just viewed back those photos in my camera, saw actually there had many places where we had our footprints on it.
From Melaka, K.L, J.B, Klang..WOW!!
Sincerely hoping that we would had more new places to travel this year around..
Because you were just too amazing to be left out of the squad~ =D

(iii) I got my first and new Canon Ixus 105 Digital Camera!!

Having my own digital camera was my dream..
And again, thanks to my mom and dad which of course,
were responsible to pay for it..
I really felt in love with it, even though it wasnt a DSLR which shoot awesome photos at morning or night,
But still, I'm proud to carry it and shoot some great photos with family, dear and friends..
(P/S: All those photos above were being shoot by it, great? )

(iv) And last but not least, Serve at school!!

*We are teacher!!~*

Okay, for sure I will not forgot about my School Based Experience..
There was two SBE, and I went to two schools too in the process..
At first, I went to my ex primary school where I was warmly greeted by some of my teachers before there..
The second one, I went to her ex primary school where I was warmly greeted by the students there..
Two SBE'S , two completely different experiences!!
And there will be two more coming this year, hoping it will bring back more memories, anticipated it!! ;)

Hmm.. I guessed that sums up my 2011..
2011, thanks for all you gave me..
2012, what do you have for me??
No matter what is it, just bring it on!!!

*Not the prettiest fireworks on display, but still wanna wishes everyone a belated Happy New Year!!~*

Allright, that's it from me..
Sorry for the belated post again..
Till then readers, bye and a great year ahead!! =))

How I Spent My Festive Season...

Okay, I'm trully sorry dear readers!
Abadoned this blog for almost two weeks which was really beyond my expectations!!
Not a good excuse, but seriously, I'm damn busy this whole week!! (Even with the Wednesday break)

Alright, just bear with me for one more second okay?
Gonna explain the reason behind it right now...

*Alright..The man in Green aka Dad leading the way to..?~*

*Our final steamboat session of the year!! =)*

*Some special Christmas tree being made by ballon being displayed at the entrance!~*

But, Christmas had passed by anyway~@@"

Allright, here's what we eat that night!!

*Seafood is a must in steamboat!! Gosh, feel so hungry now!!@@"*

*The soups were of Tom Yam style and Herbal style!!*

*Oops, accidentally captured my brother's hand there!! =p*

*There's some fried noodles with sotong's in the menu too!!~*

And last but not least, of course some delicious cookies and cup cakes as dessert!!

Allright, so that was my last steamboat session of the year!!

After the steamboat session, we moved on to the next day!!
Allright, the day, 23rd of December was actually the traditional Chinese festival which also known as The "Winter Solstice Festival"..
So what was so special about that day??

Nothing special basically..Except for the part that we eat this on that day!!

*The homemade "Tang Yuan"!!~*

*Slurpp, we ate this only once in a year, and seriously, I'm so grateful that I was at home to taste this that day!!*

*Haha, those mouth watering "Tang Yuan's" even caught my little bro's interest!!* =p

Allright, forgot to mention about the meaning behind eating these "Tang Yuan's~"
Well, judging by the shape of it,
which was round shape, thus,
Chinese people believe that by eating those,
it will bring unity to a family!! =))

Here's what the quote were,

*汤圆汤圆,团团圆圆*
Tang Yuan Tang Yuan, unite as ever!!

Oh ya, forgot to mention about the date of the festival..
It actually fall on the 22nd of December
So, that means..

Christmas would be what my next post was about!!

Hmm, this year Christmas was a special one..

Why was it so? I guess it was due to the fact that I need to work on that day!! =(

But, I did took part in a event...

That happened to be the first time in my life!!

*Tadaa, A gift exchange in Christmas!! Sounds cool huh?* =p

*The process of  'unvealing' what's inside the wrapping paper..*

Well, here's how it work~

8 of us took part this year..

We brought our present there earlier in the day..

Then our present was being labelled with our birth date on it..

And then we draw lost..

Which meant which birth date we picked..

And then the present with the birth date on it would be ours!!

As a result of that,

*She gets the teddy bear!!* =P

*She gets the teddy bear musical box!!*

*And she gets mine one! A candle and chocolate!!*

But everyone was actually hoping that they can get this one!!

*A camera with some "Merry Christmas" word being designated by my supervisor!!*
(P/S: She wasnt the one that get the camera though, it was somebody's else)

Allright, that's it for the gift exchange part..

But nonetheless, I'm still feeling excited and happy towards the way I spent my Christmas this year..

Hmm, Malaysia werent snowing or I dont get the chance to taste a turkey yet again..

But I did had my sweet family, lover and friends..

And what can we ask for more? Right?

Allright, that's how me spent those days..
And New Year was up next!!
Wishing everyone a great year ahead first here!!
Till then readers, bye!! =))

Simple, Healthy and Delicious!! =)

Alright, today theme was SIMPLE, HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS!

And of course it had to do with foods!! =)

Hmm, the holiday had been started for quite a few weeks now..

And I had also tasted a variety of homemade dishes by my home's two "IRON CHEF" for some time too..

But, due to my long period of working, I seldom got the chance to trully taste them and of course...

CAPTURING THEM!!!

But when today came knocking the door, I knew the chance had came!!

So, without hesitation, I just grabbed my camera and camwhore with those dishes of course!! =))

And here's some of the highly recommended dishes on Wednesday.. By Myselves!! =p

(i)
*The so called "Steamed Lala"... Juicy and tasty!!*

(ii)
*This one I dont know how to name it.. But surely it was way way better than those at college!!~*

(iii)
*Again, Steamed Fish With Soya Sauce.. But with an adequate amount of the sauce of course!!*

(iv)
*Curry Chicken With Potatoes With Less Oil And More Chicken!! =)*

(v)
*The Traditional Lotus Root Soup.. Sweet & Healthy!*

(vi)
*And with some pomelos as the dessert!*

Alright, that's what I eat at home..
Well, it may be lacking the element of "nice looking"..
But it was still yummy yummy nonetheless..
And in fact, I'm gonna said that after studying out of my home..
Those were the some of the DELICIOUS delicacies I had ate in my life!!!

With no food seasoning, it offers some more nutrition that our body need..
With less oil, it helps to provoke a better body circulation (eg. heart) thus a healthier life!!
And most important of all, it was Free Of Charge!!! =)

Seriously, what will you wish more from it?
Alright, that's all from me today and enjoy your homemade dishes too readers!!
And before leaving, here's my short message:-

Dear food,

"I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, BUT CAN YOU JUST LET ME GAIN MORE FAT PLEASE?!!!* ='(
